Refund policy
If there is a problem with your order, you must send us an email or Instagram DM within 3 days of receiving your item with a relevant photo and order number for us to consider a refund.
You will be refunded if your item was broken in transit or has broken within 3 days of wearing it.
Materials of each item are listed in the item description. Please read our jewellery 'CARE' tab for more information on how to look after your jewellery to ensure colour will not fade. OUR JEWELLERY IS TARNISH FREE FOR UP TO 6-8 MONTHS!

IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS, THE PARCEL WILL BE SENT BACK TO US VIA ROYAL MAIL AND THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER (NOT THE SHIPPING) ! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOU HAVE WRITTEN THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
